Hey dear developers from Riot as a new player I feel disheartened and not willing to play because your game has some small "issues" that angers as seeing things objectively as a player underated perspective. I really like the idea of this game however those are my concers :
1st and foremost your matchmaking is freaking horrible and you don't do nothing about it, it's an old story that most of the games face it and players overlooks it because they are bored of louzy developers and theirs grandour of "this is going to be the greatest game in history"! You just copy pasta some elements from other shooters made some good animations and you got yourself a game which leads my to the conclusion that you seem to not give a damn ! Shame on you !
2nd: you also have problems with game crashes and system failures , then my beloved developers you are unfit to consider this a good game no matter how popular it has become , people have spoken for you so listen to them, you are another big company who has hundred of milions of dineros to spare, so fix your bugs, listen to the community ! 3rd: you must be joking with the ticket application for changing the region while losing all your game progress , games are won hard , lvl even harder and if people also have paid for skins and all that, how in the world you gonna compensate them ? Are you so dumb to create a switching region system?
4th: the game has alot of potential, but the way is managed is poor, you don't have a single player campaign, just a shit tutorial where you basically don't learn nothing, why do you skip this ? what for ? I understand that some people would like to jump straight into the action , however people who have never played these types of game won't even have a chance to have a good experience and to adjust, simply because you didn't create the possibility to do as such.
