Cursor while looking at the map.

Hello Valorant support team.
I think this is might be something that other plays might like to be changed or given an option for as well.
I like to take peeks at the map during gameplay. For this I am using a keybind for toggling the map. If i do this in valorant, the ingame cursor shows up and mouse input stops going through to my character, which leaves me vulnerable or unable to react to the situation.
I am suggesting to make the map available without toggling the ingame cursor at the same time.

I think the intention is that if you bring up the large map, by pressing 'm' then it's likely to ping something, as otherwise you can just see the whole map by watching the minimap.
