144hz monitor and settings questions

Hello there.

I bought a 144hz gaming monitor with freesync and i have some questions.
The game runs between 160-250 fps.

-should i use fps cap to 144? or uncap?
-should i use freesync or turn off?

These hurts any performance while playing valorant?

Don't cap your fps, it slows down rendering times. Freesync isn't necessary for competitive games like this.

what about enabling G-SYNC from the nvidia control panel?

It's pretty much software made for singleplayer games. Competitive games like Valorant don't require it.

Get as high fps as possible or just listen to shminkie
