Alright, so I made a couple of articles about skins in VALORANT. I'm fairly confident that the lists apply to most people. They're top 5 type of lists for the best skins on certain weapons:
If you're curious, you can read them by clicking on the words, it should take you to the website.
And if you do read the articles (don't mind the titles), I'd really love some feedback on them, I wanna improve the way I write about this game, and your feedback would be greatly appreciated!
But besides that, I've also noticed one curious thing.
The Judge and the Stinger have almost NO skins. Or no premium skins at least. And even most of the skins that are not premium by any means, are exclusive to the BattlePass, which means that new players won't really have a lot of choices for those guns, and I think that's rather unfortunate.
Now, I know you're going to say "oh it's because these guns aren't as popular", but I have to redirect you to the Bucky. The Bucky has got a lot of skins since its nerf. The nerf that killed the gun's usage in higher ELO (Plat and above, and even in gold). You don't see the Bucky as often as you see the Judge and Stinger, and yet we had Magepunk, Prime, and Origin since the gun got nerfed.
So my question is: Why do you think that's the case? Did they start working on these skins before the nerf? Is the Bucky played a lot more often in low ELO, and so people tend to buy Bucky skins more than Judge skins? Or are people just naturally gravitating towards buying the 2 or 3 good skins that the Judge and Stinger have?
I'm curious on your guys' take.
