You did not really give that much information for me to work here, but I'll still try my best to analyze your situation and tell you what I think. Well first of all, Ranked and Unrated are completely different games-Unrated is just where people go to relax and have fun, while Ranked is where people take the game very seriously and try hard, since there is actually RR on the line. So the people's mindsets as well as how they play can be completely different between these 2 game modes, so even if a player is ranked gold, in an unrated game their gameplay and actions might not reflect that, just because they aren't taking the game as seriously, just like in real life sports a high-level competitive player on a team might not go all-in in a casual pick up game at the park with some friends and strangers, even if in both cases they are playing the same sport.
Since you did not send any VODs or your Valorant tracker, I cannot get a rough idea of how skilled you are at the game, since a Bronze 1 player that is dominating and top fragging plays very different from a gold player who is also dominating, since that mostly depends on how well your opponents are playing, and whether that is even reflective of their competitive rank. This is actually quite hard to gauge when you don't get to see the game from their perspective, and then have to compare that to how they typically perform in their Ranked games. This is also not to mention that the your MMR for Unrated and Ranked (as well as all of the other gamemodes in Valorant) are all separate from each other, and the matchmaking being much looser in Unrated than Ranked which might also account for some of the differences (for example I am Iron I right now, and in Comp it takes forever to find a game, but I eventually get matched with only other Iron I players, but in Unrated, I get matched with Iron players of all different skill levels, as well as regularly getting Bronze players in those lobbies.) Also, a person can perform better in one gamemode and worse at another, which could be due to a variety of factors, such as stress and the pressure to perform, inexperience with a certain game mode, or who you're queuing with, so maybe that could also be part of the reason for your skill discrepancy.
You didn't tell us how many ranked games you've played, but if you are consistently outperforming your peers in your games, the game would rank you up very quickly until you are playing with people of a similar skill level, so if you haven't been playing competitive for that long, the initial calibration might be off by quite a bit, so I suggest that you be patient and play more games to give it time to readjust.
