Hi everyone!
I've been playing Valorant since the game first opened and i played it casually almost every day.
I've never said something toxic or offended, never used some third party application etc.
The last time i logged in was around December 2021 and i've been really busy with works and any other stuff starting from 2022.
Just when i want to have a break from works and back to play valorant again, i got the notice that i've been permanently suspended when i logged in and it said that i've been banned because the using third party software.
It was really strange because i've been inactive for almost 2 months and no one used my account.
I've tried to contact riot through email and the answer that i got was some bot answer like "Our investigation confirmed that this is an account that is related to the usage of scripts, hacks, exploits, or unauthorized third-party programs in VALORANT (we're unable to tell which program). Because of that, the account will remain permanently suspended.".
It just really disappointing from a huge game developer like riot games that you guys just banned my account without notice and unknown reason while the account was inactive. All the time and money that i've spent on this game were treated like a trash.
Does any of you have the same experience as me?
