Hi Everyone, I just want to share my god awful experience here. Riot just decided to ban my account due to "third party software usage" well in reality I've never used any. I actually bought the new vandal skins and all of my other skins are now gone. I've tried contacting support but the response is just the same. In their mind I've committed cheating and the decision is final. It's just very depressing having to get my account randomly banned like that. I've even bough a new wireless mouse so I can play a little more comfortable. But now I'm quitting Valorant. It just made my depression worse. I just hope it won't happen to you guys. Riot doesn't care about you, you're just one out of the millions playing this game, and even if you plead you're case they'll just reply "THANK YOU FOR THE MONEY AND F**K YOU"RE ACCOUNT"
