Well known issue so I assume I don't have to elaborate. Well, basically, I got the problem after installing windows 11, and none of the help i've found on the internet works. Most of them are for intel CPUs (I have AMD) or for another type of BIOS (I have gigabyte), and even the ones that are seemingly for AMD on gigabyte don't seem to help.
When I go to BIOS and look for TMP, all I see is affirmation that I have TMP 2.0 3.7 from AMD. Same thing if I go into tpm.msc, which assures me "the TMP is ready for use", that I have AMD's 3.71.0.5 version of TPM 2.0. By all means, shouldn't this mean it should work?
The thing most likely to be the issue as I can see is that in "bios/secure boot/secure boot", while it may be enabled, it apparently isn't activated. Except I have no clue how to activate it, since it sure isn't giving me that option by clicking anywhere in the secure boot page.
This elusive "fTMP" that i've found note of is seemingly nonexistent in my BIOS.
I have an AMD Ryzen 3 3300X 4--core CPU and a Gitabyte's F62D BIOS, for context.
