Silver/gold players against the bottom 3% iron players - losing 20+ points too

Yes, I suck at the game and I have no problem admitting it. Lately, I have improved a lot, hitting top frag almost every game. However, When I look at the game lobbies after, I noticed that consistently, my teammates are in iron 1 or 2, in the bottom 3% of all players. The opponents very often, have at least 1 opponent in bronze 3 - gold 1. This is a massive difference. It destroys all games I have, it completely ruins any fun that anyone is having. Games are very often super one sided, and even though I can still consistently get 15 - 20 kills per game, there is no hope.

The worst part of all of it is, I lose on average 20 - 25 RR per game even against these silver/gold players. And when I win, even with performance bonus, I rarely get 15 points. I am losing motivation to play the game.

Yeah, without a premade group I dont see me getting out of iron.

Hi! Fellow noob here. I understand that you want to play fun games of Val with people of similar skill levels as yourself. Since you have improved a lot recently, Riot sees that, and puts you against much more skilled players, but the matchmaking system might have overestimated your skill level because of the sudden increase, but with time and more games played, it would readjust and put you with people who it thinks are more appropriate for your current skill level. Losing games and moving down is all part of this process, so don't get discouraged, and remember that this situation is temporary and it would eventually level out, leading to you playing much more evenly-matched games in the future.
