When I was asleep, I got permanently suspended for a "third party software" which I checked throughout my whole pc and had absolutely nothing that can boost my experience in the game. I am extremely confused and wrote 2 tickets and haven't gotten an answer as of yet. As I tried to access my other account, I also got banned on that account which leads me to believe that I got a HWID ban, for absolutely 0 reason.
