If you're struggling against the Judge consider playing a character like Sova or Raze who can easily recon and then destroy those Judge users who are camping corners.
Another option is just ignoring the camper and going to the other site on attack. The judge is terrible at retakes because the Judge user can't easily pick favorable engagements. Once they leave their corner they are at a serious disadvantage in most circumstances to even smgs, rifles, or even pistols.
