Permabanned for no reason

Hi all so as the title says my account has been permanently banned. The reason is that I had confirmed usage of third-party softwares but the thing is I have never used any in my entire life. I have been falsely banned and I am extremely sad and upset. I have been playing this game since release and now I have been rewarded for my love for this game with a permaban. I have already sent tickets to Riot Support but they have kept claiming the ban is right and that I was using hacks. I really was not though? I don't understand how they do their investigation but it is terrible. If they reviewed my gameplay they are probably blind. I play normally with no suspicious behaviour. If they think my gameplay is how a hacker's gameplay looks, they should ban every pro player in the world. I am not even as good as them yet they claim I hack. Just a terrible anti-cheat and terrible reviewers man, this is so depressing. I expected more from a billion dollar company. Anyone know if I have a chance of getting unbanned?

The exact same thing happened to me a few days ago too. I really don’t understand what “investigation” they conduct that deems me as cheating, if they really did their “investigations” well, like reviewing game play and match scores then maybe innocent players like us would have a chance. Submitting tickets was useless as well. I totally understand what you are going through as I have also dedicated many hours to this game and even put in a lot of money, only to be returned with a permaban. 🙁
