Recently, I logged out of my riot account, when I logged back in, it said my credentials don't match an account in their system. Weird. I go to the can't sign in link and try to reset my password, but I don't get any email. Maybe I forgot my username. I go to the forgot username section and fill in my email, still don't get an email.
I google how to fix it: the mail might have stranded in my spam folder. Nope. Nowhere to be found.
I tried to create a ticket but it said again that my credentials don't match an existing account. I try all the possible variants of the username I had (64BitRegister), combined with all possible region. Still, can't find any matching account.
From these events, I conclude that my account has been vanished. I read about it and apparently this is a well-known issue, I was told that the only way to recover my account is to get in contact with staff.
If you know how to fix this, please let me know. I recently bought the prime vandal skin.
