I'm so sorry that this happened to you, and I hate to break the news to you, but if you keep doing this, you can possibly permanently damage your hearing (because loud sounds can do that.) What I suggest you do is to be proactive and lower your volume on your computer (there are settings in-game that let you adjust the audio, but not for the tracer rounds in particular, unfortunately.) I also suggest you go see a doctor to try to prevent more hearing damage in the future, even if you don't feel you have any lasting symptoms right now, because noise-induced hearing loss is cumulative, meaning the more exposure you have to sudden, loud noises, the worse it is for your hearing. And also remember: no video game, no matter how fun it is, is worth losing your hearing for and Valorant, as a game, does not require for the sounds to be very loud to be playable or fun. But take this advice with a grain of salt because I am not an expert, and you shouldn't be taking medical advice from strangers on the internet.
