Smurfs in unranked

Hi all,
I hope you are all well!

I just had a weird encounter with a smurf that actually smoked us all! It happens so often now, is it just me or is that normal?
I play unranked to chill and have fun as unranked can get a bit rough especially since I'm working 10 hours a day (sometimes more).

In unranked "smurfs" are normal. Unranked is just a place to practice and chill so smurfs are expected. Next time when there is a considerably higher elo in your lobby, just hop onto your handy tracker.net and look at the elos. If you're in bronze lobbies and there's a diamond on the other team, that probably means there's a diamond on your team too. Valorant seems to try to even out matches this way.
