I recently came back to trying to play ranked today. After practicing in some unranked game modes. But I encountered too many other players who are immature at times. In high stakes situations I find at least one person on my team get tilted. And insult someone on the team who died near to them. Overall just blaming others. I don't see much productive communication and it is mostly rude, sarcastic comments.
