Valorant support is being basically useless with robotic answers to my enquiries so I am forced to turn to this forum for help...
Has anyone faced the following error with regards to using prepaid gift cards in their account?
"Unknown error please try again. If you continue to get this error please contact support: http://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/new"
Even with this error message, Riot is blatantly asking me to resolve this issue with the vendor that sold me the gift card.
