Level reset to level 1, I lost my all my agents

i dont know if it's a bug or not, but all my agents contact are lock but the progress is still there, it;s just lock and cant use it and my level is reset to level 1, my rank still there and all my radianite points is gone, i tried restarting the game still the same, also my portrait wont load and the guns too, i think it's just not loading, still cant use the all my agents in game, the only agents i can use is brim, sova, sage, jett, i think it's breach or something, i dont know. please help

Same thing happened to me as well. I loaded into a game and my skins were still on my guns and my card was right, but in the menu it's says I'm level 1 and have nothing unlocked.

same i just change my password and tag number and when i log in it reset is there a way to recover it ?
