Dear Valorant Support,
I have been warned and restricted from joining the Valorant matches saying I constantly disconnected and quit during a game. I always disconnected and quit because my screen constantly froze if I tab-out for Discord or checked other information. I couldn't do anything if the screen froze and the only way was to hard shut down the computer by pressing the button for 10 seconds. Once I restarted the computer, I couldn't join the game again and always got a warning saying that I would be restricted if I constantly quit. It is very frustrating that I got restricted from any game queue (tho only for 30 minutes) for disconnecting and quitting due to the game bug itself, which gave me a negative gaming experience.
Could you please investigate the bug and fix it as many players are complaining about this issue. I tried every solution on Youtube but nothing can fix it. In addition and most importantly, could you please clear my restriction records as these bad record is not because I deliberately quit the game? It is the bug of the game itself instead. I hope the bug can be fixed soon. Otherwise, I will be constantly restricted from queuing.
- After submitting the above ticket to the support system and immediately got an automated reply saying that "We can't provide additional information on the restriction". Hmmm, what a fancy support system. Don't even need to read.
