disable raze chamber and neon in spike rush

These 3 agents ruin spike rush. you are suppose to be limited by your guns or random orb spawns but they say nah and get their ults or in chamber case just a free gun and ignore those rules. this makes the game mode unfun because its who picks those 3 agents first.

Chamber is the only one that gets his stuff every round... and should be banned imo... but the others?

There are other just as lethal ults as raze... and Neon's ult just needs nerfed no matter what game you are playing.. it is the only ult that takes zero skill or setup to get kills with. But they still need to get the ult to use it.
