I've been trying to solve this problem for over 2 weeks. I hope I find a solution here.
When you try to start the game, the Windows error sound is played, then the client window opens and that's it. Nothing else. I contacted support, they told me to install the game in Windows safe mode, the game also does not start. I've tried updating video card drivers, disabling antivirus during startup, uninstalling some programs, all to no avail. Maybe someone here has come across this problem and can help me solve it.
