Why have I been almost exclusively in toxic lobbies? I've been just trying to have fun playing the game in unrated but the people on my team end up being super toxic from round 1. Idk if riot has a system where toxic people that have been reported should be put in lobbies with other toxic people so the people just trying to have a good time don't have to deal with them. I've been playing since beta and to my knowledge, i haven't been reported so it leads me to believe they don't have a system like this in play but my question is why.
