Is this a known bug/glitch or has my account been actioned or something?
I've been playing this game for around 3 or more weeks now and I'd unlocked Omen and Chamber... but now when I sign into my account those agents are no longer available and the game is acting as though it's my first time playing (sometimes my account shows level 1). Is this a known issue that anyone else has dealt with?
