I have a friend who just recently started playing Valorant, I was showing him the ropes and he was progressing nicely, until one day while we were in a game it said that there was a cheater detected and turns out that Vanguard banned my friend for cheating, no warning or anything, just perma banned him. He made a sub account to play with me but even then it didn't allow him to play since it could be his I.P. address was flagged? Anyways he submitted a ticket and Riot Games came back to him saying that they don't know what caused this and that there is essentially nothing they can do about it and it can't be reversed. This is a huge problem since there are people who do many things to spoil the experience for others and get little to no backlash whereas someone who is honest and just trying to play the game properly and have fun gets banned for no reason. Something must be able to be done to fix this; Has anyone else experienced this as well?
