Rivatuner Statistics Server's Scanline Sync doesn't work?

As said in the title, It doesn't wanna work for VALORANT for some reason, I have read about this in other forums and apparently VANGUARD is blocking RTSS? A program that literally improves performance and shows stats of your GPU. This cannot be true so I came here to check if it's a problem on my side or is it actually blocked by the Anti-Cheat.

It was working at some point. Valorant was still working while RTSS runs when I was using it somewhere back in August 2022 then I decided to stop using it for some reason and today I want to use RTSS again. And yes, the game just crashed and doesn't want to load while RTSS is running.
