Now I really hate it when people afk or Abandon the match, especially when it is in comp. That being said, I had a family emergency while playing competitive, and I cannot be home until tomorrow. I tried to explain to my team but they wouldn't forfeit. I was forced to leave the match to go to the hospital (where I currently am) and I would just like to know the penalties, as this wasn't intentional nor was this my first time leaving a match in comp. I have had to leave the game before in unrated for less severe things such as going to parties, the match going on longer than I anticipated and me needing to go to school, etc, but I have never done it before in comp. What are the possible penalties? If they ban me from comp am I able to appeal it?
