make it to pro ?

hey there 🙂 i have 500 hours on valorant , i played cs for 8k hours and now im switching to valorant and planning to go pro , so im asking you guys for advice , im 25 yrs old i played cs almost all my life , and never made it to pro , im now enjoying valorant too much , but i got a couple of issues , so i live in tunisia and im playing with a laptop and external monitor (60hz) very bad graphics , low fps , and especially very bad internet , 80 ping minimum , low budget keyboard but a good mouse at least , im currently immortal 1 almost immortal 2 , and i started playing seriously this summer so in 3 months i made it to immortal from bronze 1 which i guess a good thing since i already have a good aim , should i continue to play ? is it possible to make it to radiant with the setup i have ? and btw i cant play with a better setup so dont tell me to upgrade my internet or my pc , it's impossible for now , :p so should i just quit and just focus on other things in life , because im wasting almost 6 hours a day playing valorant , i rly need your help , this is so important to me ! thanks in advance 🙂

Keep up the dedication and hard work and you will have no problem exceeding through the ranks. Your setup is completely playable but whenever possible an upgrade wouldn't be the worst idea.

Your ping is fine, a lot play with worse. As for "quitting to focus on other things in life" I am sure you can dedicate your time to Valorant as well as having a real life.

I believe you definitely can because immortal is very good, I don't really know your life situation, being a stranger on the internet, so I think you definitely have the potential and the hours of dedication and hard work to make it to pro, but you just gotta be honest with yourself and know for certain: is this really what you want in life? (I'm only bringing this up because you mentioned that you feel like you're wasting your time). If the answer is a solid, resounding "YES!!!" then go for it! Just make sure that you have a solid back-up plan in case chasing your dreams doesn't work out. Also, someone (I forgot who) once said that there is a fine line to walk between a passion and an obsession, and you'll have to find that balance on your own. You definitely have what it takes, but keep in mind that not every well-qualified, or even-overqualified person can land their dream job, but you are certainly welcome to try and compete, because otherwise your chances would literally be zero. We need more people in this world who are willing to put in the effort to follow their passions, just keep your goals and expectations realistic, and make sure it doesn't completely take over your life, and I think you definitely can go pro.
