I started playing just two weeks ago.
When the game starts, the player's name is under the doll.
Is there a way to take it off?

Second doubt.
Is it possible to "bind" purchases?
I would like to press a key (example: f2) and already buy pistol, rifle and skills).

I didnt quite understand what you said by doll. but you can hide your username from players other than your friends by going into settings, general and turning on the option to 'hide username from people outside my party'

You can make macros. but then macros can be detected by vanguard and considered as cheating. so really there is no way to bind purchases.
