So while I do realize that it can be useful to make som extra low smokes that you can peak over or extra high smokes that hide that you fall down from a high area, etc. to me it seems to me Omen smokes seem to be overly complicated.
I see so many players making bad smokes (too high/low) because of the way this works. I rarely make this mistake anymore but it's still problematic, mainly because smokes usually need to be thrown fast, so you can help your team in time and are not caught with your hands empty.
It seems like the smoke is mostly designed so that you should be looking at your minimap, but because of the height setting you constantly have to look at both minimap and the green arrow in the middle of the screen, making it take longer for you to smoke properly.
I think a better solution would be to make it at a fixed height like many of the other smokes.
That's my two cents, I welcome you to tell me why I'm wrong and stupid.
