Hello, Today when I tried launching VALORANT and logged in to my account it said that my account was permanently suspended because of Third Party Software. I sent in a ticket and the automated response said that it was because of negative in-game behavior and that I should be able to see when the ban ends in my client but in my client it only says that it was because of third party software and that it's permanent, I don't know which response is true and what I should do now. I'm scared of logging into another account in case I have some virus or anything that Vanguard will flag or if the automated response is correct.
