I just built a new PC and had no issues with this previously, but when I go into settings and try to switch to fullscreen borderless the drop down opens and closes immediately, before I can press anything. I checked a few other drop downs too and the ones in "General" settings don't work, but the crosshair presets one does. I also couldn't find anyone else with this issue but I wanted to be sure. I got it to switch by opening it and trying to click what I want as fast as possible but I'd rather not have to do that every time. Restarting my game didn't work either.
