Hey guys so I got an interesting situation, in Ep 5 act 1 I peaked like asc 1, in act 2 I peaked asc 3 I think and I was fairly close to immortal, finally in act 3 I was already so close to immortal I won a few games and finally hit immortal for the first time in my life. As most players go through, the competitive grind is grueling on one's mental, so I decided to take a break and wait till episode 6. Yes the break was definitely longer than a month, and when the new episode started I was so excited for my immortal buddy. Since I had never hit immortal I was fantasizing about the buddy and how I could pair it with different skins, honestly I was just relishing my success. When new episode started I got no buddy, then after a few hours i got the asc buddy but I thought it was part of the bug that everyone else was dealing with (how they peaked asc and got diamond charm). However after the fix I now have 4 asc charms. After a shit ton of googling and misinformation, I have learned that in the act you hit your peak you NEED 9 wins. My first and second act I had a decent amount of wins, but since I ended act 2 close to immortal, I didn't really have to play much in act 3. I ended act 3 with only 7 wins, but that's only because I thought the grind had ended and I needed a mental break from the game. Do you guys think I could plea my case with Riot Support or could any devs in this community help me out, I know it's definitely a reach and it's probably against the rules but would I be able to receive the immortal charm even though I had less than 9 wins. I was close enough, I had 7 wins and it's not like I am asking for a radiant charm it's a charm for a rank I hit I just didn't "read the fine print". I didn't know that I need 9 wins in the SPECIFIC act that I peaked in. I know that it sounds dumb being upset over a buddy, but I worked so hard and I don't want to grind again for something I thought I already got.
