Hi guys. I was recently permanently suspended for use of third party software. I tried to go through CSR but all they did was confirm that I was banned for third party software and refuse to investigate further. As someone who has never cheated in valorant, has unremarkable stats, and is ranked silver, this is kind of silly and I would think at least merit a bit more investigation.
My suspicion is that this was due to another game that I play, an emulated everquest server called project 1999. They have a dll that you download to patch the retail client to be able to play on their servers, and the project owner has spoken about their files being flagged by antivirus because of the obfuscation software they use to prevent people decompiling their libraries (called Themida, source: https://www.project1999.com/forums/showthread.php?t=333558).
CSR had zero interest in discussing the issue, and my guess is that they have little if any interaction with the actual vanguard team and wouldn't be able to investigate or forward concerns anyway. If anybody has any insight on any other methods besides CSR to try to escalate or investigate this issue I would love to hear it.
