No, I do not think they should add agent skins because it would probably distract and confuse people, especially new players who are still unfamiliar with who's who, and this could make the game unfair for the people who don't buy skins, leading to possible pay-to-win issues. Also, why would I buy a skin if I can't even see myself wearing it on-screen?
