Recently I have experienced this 'frame stuttering' issues. I had been playing Valorant fine for 1-2 years and out of no where this issue popped up and won't go away. This happens around once every 30 seconds and I have left a streamable link to a video showing this at the end of the paragraph. I have updated graphics drivers and checked for applications running in the background. If anyone experienced a similar issue and was able to fix it, please could you show me how!
