I was in a unrated game and suddenly my screen go frozen and I ended the program and put on valorant again 2 times but ssaid the same thing that the game suddenly crashed. It even said would you like to report this to valorant and i said yes. I reset my computer and started valorant but then go stuck in the loading screen. After finally getting it to work it was 7-7 and after the game got an 137 hour penalty for competitive.
