Every time I try to run vanguard it says that there is an incompatibility with this software on my system. I do not know what else to do.

If you still have this issue I suggest you do this:

Please run Command Prompt as an administrator ("Win" logo key + "Q", enter "cmd", select "Run as administrator"), and enter the following command.

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

It is then recommended that you perform a full scan with Windows defender to see to any issues on your PC. Additionally are you using some sort of bitlocker encryption or tunnel to prevent unauthorized usage from potential black hats.
