changing server

I am from India and my game servers are EU all my friends are from India but there game servers are from AP we are in different servers but in same region now I can't play with my friends is there a way to change from EU servers to AP servers. I also submitted ticket but got no response...

There's a button when you are about to queue that allows you to change servers. It should look like something with three bars, if you hover over it you can change your servers.
