I just build my PC few days ago and I have somme issues gaming on Valorant.
First, here is my spec : GPU AMD RX 6950XT / CPU I5 12400F / Monitor 240fps 2K / Alim 1000w
My fps on Valorant is very instable from 160 to 210. With my configuration I expect easily to play on a stable 240fps (I have the monitor for that) But with MSI afterburner, I have seen that all my CPU core are running well (40-60%) but my GPU is only running 25-35%.
I compared with warzone and fornite and my GPU is running 80-90%.
On the website 3D marks, evrything is running good also.
It apparears that the problem is only on Valorant.
I have try to optimise everything that you can see on tutorial (windows 11 game mode, not app running in the back, valorant on high performance in graphics settings, updating drivers etc.)
I have put gaming mode on the software amd radeon adrealine also.
