Just upgraded my processor
Whenever I'm standing still and not touching anything in game my fps is capped at 75, if i click my keyboard or move my mouse the fps fluctuates but never goes above 140.
I had this issue back then after installing my gpu but it was fixed by reinstalling the drivers but this issue is somehow or maybe not fixable by the same procedure.
