As the title says I've been restricted from competitive queue for 160 hours, having never played a game of comp before. I can queue into any other mode just fine and for some reason every time I get off the game and hop back on the queue goes up in time. Before you say maybe you were toxic, or dodged too many games, etc. again I can queue into literally any mode but competitive and I don't even play with game chat on (obviously I would turn it on for ranked). It also for whatever reason shows my name twice under the penalty thing, I'm assuming this is some kind of bug and yes I have tried to contact support using the ticket system I have yet to get a response and this ticket was submitted three days ago as of me writing this.
