Why do you think Valorant let you ADS while CS, the game that Val is based on, doesn't for a majority of it's guns? My guess is it might have something to do with the fact that spraying in Valorant is so much harder to control since it's random, and ADSing often allows you to mitigate that. I'm not sure though
