Banned on Valorant and I’m getting no help

I was on banned on October 9th and I submitted ticket and they basically said yeah we’re right and we’re not gonna unban you since you used third party applications(I never have at all) I’ve been playing the game for 2 years and spent a lot of money on it. But I found out someone else played on my account because I didn’t get to play on Oct 9th I had checked my valorant tracker and there’s so many games that i didn’t play that day. So I’ve trying to reach out to riot about this issue and they’re not responding to me all I’ve tried multiple social media platforms and submitting another ticket no avail I’m completely getting ignored by Riot Games and I find this really unfair since I’m a loyal and paying customer.
if anyone can help i can provide proof that I wasn’t on my account when it was banned.

submit a compromised account recover and ask them to check the ip. Then send them information about the original email or phone number for when u signed up for the account. GL, Vanguard is apparently banning people for Third-Party software due to peripheral software like Razer Synapse.
