I've submitted multiple appeals and they're all being rejected saying that their investigation show I was using third-party software but I wasn't even active during my ban so I couldn't even show them what I had open at the time. Although the only thing I have open at any time while my computer idle is just the peripheral software like Razer Synapse , since I have multiple wireless mouse I keep them open to check the battery percentage of my mice(Ghub, Synapse, Steelseries GG) There has to be some way to show I'm innocent. I haven't downloaded or used any exploits for the game, I've sunken too much time, effort and money into the game to lose it over some false ban. They're refusing to unban since they're positive I was exploiting but I don't have anything installed.
