My PC recently crashed while in an UNRATED swiftplay, I have a clean history and no prior offenses btw. I went back into the game and received a 7 DAY ban from competitive and premier. Is this a normal punishment? I have sent tickets to riot trying to at least lower the punishment only for it to be auto-solved by a bot telling me that they can't tell me anything right now.
