Why Valoarant is freezing my PC in the training area!?

I can't practice, or test weapons, the new one especially cos when I enter the practice area and open the store my PC is freezing instantly and I have to manually restart it by pressing the power button of my case.
That was happening also during the last fall and now it's happening again.
I have the latest both Windows and Nvidia graphic drivers update, my PC is far and beyond the recommended settings required to run this game so the culprit has to be on Valorant servers.

Hey, did U solve it? I have the same. After previous patch when I was in a game, my agent freezed every step. I reinstalled all display drivers as advised by support, also reinstalled the whole game. After that worked fine. Now after 10.8 patch it is exactly the same. Just of yesterday game worked fine. Submitting a case to the support is useless - they did not help me last time. Worth to underline I have second PC and was the same with this one after previous patch. The only solution was to reinstall MS from the srcatch. Now the second PC working fine even after 10.8 patch, but oy other PC doesn't. Arfe you experiencing freeze as well?
