Please PLEASE raise the level requirement or even a filter to block out players below a certain level you passed. I would say this would help with smurfing and bad players filling lobbies.
Second one is maybe an avoid as teammate option like overwatch
Lower ranks is really swarming with either smurfs or terrible players and it feels really impossible to escape lower elos especially when not placing on a good rank
