Why i got permanently suspended

I opened my main acc at 14.15 today, and got notif that permanently suspended. I confused coz i've never use cheats and my aim is so shitty to be called cheater. Then, i opened my sec acc just now and got notif permanently suspended too 😭 pls help me

same both my main acc and alt acc which had about 10 skins combined got banned for 100 years, it happened after my team reported me for afk im now playing on a level 14 acc with nothing of value i hate riot
