I think that a character with an ability to drown out all sound within an area might be super usefule. It could be a smoke like orb you can place where anything inside of it makes way less noise. The "Bubble" might also distort the look of anything in it (Maybe like a swirl filter or something like that) I thinkk this would change Valorant for the better.
