Hello, I don't really care about Valorant that much but I would like to hear from the community if something similar has happened to them before,
so a few months back maybe 3-4 months I downloaded Valorant again maybe after 2 years after playing for the last time and I played 3 casual matches and went on with my day. It was nothing too crazy I had some decent kills and deaths but a day later I got greeted with a ban screen that said I was permanently suspended for using third-party software. Which was weird to me because I assumed they thought I was cheating. The only apps I normally have open are Overwolf and Logitech Ghub, so after all of that happened I sent an appeal but they didn't respond to it and just closed it so I didn't care but today the game came through my mind again and I sent another appeal so yeah that's all and my Gamertag is XAB#000 for the people wondering.
I will update the thread as soon as I get a response from them.
(edit) got the good old "ban was correctly applied" response.
